Serrat del Triadó cheese

Semicured or cured cheese elaborated with raw sheep's milk. Round-shaped and smooth oil-washed rind. Pressed paste, full buttery flavour, with a slightly sour taste. Aging: 3 months min.

Wine pairings: Red and white light and fresh wines. Finos and manzanillas from Andalucía and sweete wines elaborated with Moscatel, and Malvasía.
