Afuega el pitu cheese

Produced in Asturias, this cheese is soft to semicured and soft. Made from cow's pasteurised milk, it is mild and unctuous. It's white rind has a distinctive flavour, slightly acidic, very creamy and buttery with a fine 'rotten' aroma. Also available with paprika on the rind.
