Petit Nevat cheese

Elaborated in Catalonia with pasteurised goat's milk. It is covered with a thick layer of edible white mould and has a smooth milky taste with a balance acidity.

Wine pairings: These cheeses combine with young white wines (Albariño, Rueda, Penedés), and red wines media crianza and crianza from areas as Ribera del Duero, Rioja, La Mancha, Jumilla, Alicante, Campo de Borja. Also, wines from Andalucía (Fino and Manzanilla, together with olorosos, amontillados viejos and manzanillas) can be used.
