Los Beyos vaca cheese

Elaborated in Asturias with pasteurised cow's milk. This is a yellow ivory paste, with a thin and soft texture. Primary aromas with lactic shades. Persistent aftertaste.

Wine pairings:  Light and fresh both white and red wines, fine and manzanillas wines of Andalucia and sweet wines made with Moscatel and Malvasia.
