Flor del Tera cheese

Elaborated in Castilla León using cow, sheep and goat milk. Enzymatic coagulation and pressed paste, not cooked. Its rind has grooves on the surface and the girth mark on the sides. Mild, lactic, aromatic and creamy flavour.

Wine pairings: Natural sweet white wines like Muscat from Andalucía and Alicante (with a little aging, best), Malvasia de Sitges and Canary Islands. Sweet red wines with character as Priorat, Monsant, Empordà
