Farcell cheese

Elaborated in Catalonia with pasteurised cow's milk, hand wrapped cheese in cloth to drain. It is creamy and round with a natural rind.

Wine pairings:  Light and fresh both white and red wines, fine and manzanillas wines of Andalucia and sweet wines made with Moscatel and Malvasia.
