Cabra Casar cheese cream

Elaborated with goat's milk cheese and cream. Spreadable cheese. It has a yellowish white colour and a fatty, melting texture. Slightly salty.

Wine pairings: These cheeses can be combined well with young white wines; (Albariño, Wheel, Penedès), and with crianza as well as media crianza red wines as the Ribera del Duero, La Rioja, La Mancha, Jumilla, Alicante, Campo de Borja and wines of Andalusia (Fino, Manzanilla, Oloroso, Amontillados viejos).
