Elaborated with pasteurised cow´s milk in Lugo. It is mushroom -shaped cheese

Wine pairings:  Light both white and red wines (short aged). Also harmonise well the fine and manzanillas of Andalusia as well as sweet wines from Moscatel and Malvasia
