Casín cheese

Elaborated in Caso ( Asturias) with raw cow´s milk. Yellow cut with eyes. Rude and piquant to the touch. Strong pungent aroma. Melting, strong and bitter flavour. Persistent aftertaste.

Wine pairings:  Light and fresh both white and red wines, fine and manzanillas wines of Andalucia and sweet wines made with Moscatel and Malvasia.
