Ahumado de Pría

Elaborated in Asturias with pasteurised cow milk. Buttery smoked on the rind with oak wood. Smooth, flexible and elastic texture. Creamy, with a pleasant smoke-impregnated flavour, it has a nice aftertaste. Persistent and balanced. Semi soft, fatty.

Wine pairings:  Light and fresh both white and red wines, fine and manzanillas wines of Andalucia and sweet wines made with Moscatel and Malvasia.
