Ahumado de Áliva

Elaborated in the district of Liébana (Cantabria) with "Pasiega"and "Frisona" cow's milk. Mixed coagulation and soft paste wih a fresh lactic and slightly spicy flavour. Smoked on the rind.

Wine pairings:  Light and fresh both white and red wines, fine and manzanillas wines of Andalucia and sweet wines made with Moscatel and Malvasia.
